NAPA Racing UK backs Race Against Dementia

NAPA Racing UK has launched a campaign, which sees its partner up with Race Against Dementia.

NAPA Racing UK will be celebrating its 50th BTCC race in Race 2 at Knockhill on Sunday 13th August 2023, and the company reportedly has something planned for its fans.

Knockhill is said to hold a special place for the team as the location of the first BTCC win for Ash Sutton and NAPA Racing UK in race 2.

NAPA Racing UK is partnering with Race Against Dementia to support it raising funds for dementia research.

Race Against Dementia (RAD) was founded by Sir Jackie Stewart OBE, seven-time Grand Prix winner and three-time Formula 1 Drivers World Champion, after his wife Helen’s frontotemporal dementia diagnosis. RAD funds early-career researchers to accelerate progress towards a cure for dementia.

RAD claims its vision is to win the race against dementia by accelerating global research towards a cure with the utmost urgency.

Whether you will be watching the racing trackside or from the comfort of your sofa, there are ways for everyone to get involved and support this cause, including a raffle where you could apparently win one of over 20 prizes!
