Exide signs LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team deal

Exide Technologies and the LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team have extended their partnership in a three-year deal.
As a provider of innovative and sustainable battery storage solutions for automotive and industrial applications, Exide Technologies will support the LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team in the Moto2 championship. The Exide brand logo will reportedly be prominent on both riders’ bikes.
For many years, Exide Technologies and the LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team have enjoyed a strong relationship, one built on shared values of performance and innovation. Now, Exide Technologies is apparently thrilled to be back in the Moto2 paddock.
It’s said this Moto2 season is bound to be full of intrigue and excitement with a new Dynavolt Intact GP Team rider lineup in Manuel Gonźalez and Senna Aguis.
Spanish rider, Gonźalez, claims to bring a winning pedigree and experience to the Dynavolt Intact GP Team, having earned a race win and finishing third in the rider standings in 2024. Meanwhile, his Australian team-mate, Aguis, apparently showed promise in his rookie season with the Dynavolt Intact GP Team. In 2024, he claimed a maiden podium at his home Grand Prix at Phillip Island, and it’s said he will look to build on this experience this season.
They will take to the grid for the opening round of the season in Thailand at the Chang International Circuit on Sunday 2nd March.
Dynavolt Intact GP Team founding member, Stefan Keckeisen, said: “We are thrilled to continue our longstanding partnership with Exide Technologies. We have enjoyed memorable moments together, and we look forward to creating many more in the seasons ahead.”
Alain Lez, Senior Business Director of the Automotive Division at Exide Technologies, commented: “We are excited to be partnering with the LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team once more. MotoGP and its supporting championships impress both grandstand fans and broadcast audiences around the world. We look forward to supporting the team over the coming seasons and promoting the Exide brand together. We wish the team a successful season.”
The sponsorship will allegedly bring attention to Exide’s Motorbike & Sport range. This includes Exide Li-Ion, GEL, AGM Ready, AGM and Conventional, each designed for different types of motorcycles and riding requirements.
