Power-TEC introduce hydraulic porta power kit

A robust, ready-to-use hydraulic porta power kit, Power-TEC has introduced one in response to customer demand for a strong, reliable source of pushing and pulling when restoring and repairing damaged vehicle body and chassis structures.

The hydraulic porta power kit provides a traditional, highly effective method of applying measured linear force to bent panels, subframes and chassis members. In workshop practice, having a dependable, controllable source of push/pull force is important, as it reduces the chance of causing secondary damage. Power-TEC says this allows technicians to apply incremental correction and gives repair teams the confidence to tackle everything from local panel straightening to heavier chassis realignment tasks.

The system delivers up to 10 tonnes of controlled force to help prevent overloading during repairs. It includes a hydraulic ram with 135 mm stroke, hand pump, spreader ram, six interchangeable foot connections and four steel extension tubes (100-550 mm). With a 355-490 mm working range and 28kg total weight, it is designed for quick, intuitive workshop use.
