Autosupplies Group invests in its customer service
Autosupplies Group has continued its investment in its Leisureways branch in Rotherham and launched a new website, as part of the Group’s ongoing commitment to enhancing customer service, streamlining operations, and supporting its team.
The new website, designed with its customers in mind, is said to offer a more advanced ordering process, new search function and the latest news and updates from the Autosupplies Group.
David Clarke, Managing Director of Autosupplies Group, commented: “Our new website offers a sleek new design and improved navigation so our customers can quickly find everything they need, from product details to the latest updates on our team and industry news.”
The website is reportedly packed with features to help visitors explore Autosupplies Group’s offerings, stay up to date with company developments, and learn more about how the company is supporting the trade.
As part of this investment, it also reportedly saw a refurbishment of its Leisureways branch to expand stockholding capabilities, allowing Leisureways to carry a wider range of products to better meet customer demand. Its revamped retail area claims to offer a modern and welcoming shopping experience, while the new offices and upgraded facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and efficient workspace for the 25 staff members based at Rotherham – part of the 200-strong Autosupplies Group team.
Additionally, the investment has paved the way for new external signage and the installation of van bays, reportedly enabling the expansion of the Leisureways fleet from 10 to 20 vans. This growth not only improves its ability to serve customers more efficiently but also contributes to the Group’s overall fleet, which now stands at nearly 100 vans, according to the company.
Clarke added: “By increasing our stockholding and delivery capabilities, we are ensuring that our customers receive the products they need, from a wide range of suppliers, faster and more reliably than ever before.”
Autosupplies Group, comprising Butlers Automotive, Autosupplies Chesterfield, and Leisureways of Rotherham, is said to be one of the UK’s largest independently-owned motor factors.
