Klarius Group of Companies acquired by CorpAcq
The Klarius Group of Companies, which includes Klarius, Emissco, KMT, Autologistiks and TIMEC, has announced it has been acquired by the private investment company, CorpAcq.
This acquisition is said to represent a positive new chapter for The Klarius Group of Companies, with no disruption to daily operations or the team’s existing management structure, according to the company.
CorpAcq, a corporate acquisitions firm based in the UK, is known for its long-term investments in profitable businesses. It boasts a portfolio of more than 40 companies and claims to have a proven record of maintaining the operational independence of the businesses it acquires.
It’s said there will be no change to the current board of directors, which the company claims will ensure stability and continuity for all employees, customers, and partners of the Klarius Group of Companies. The acquisition aligns with Klarius’ goals of continued growth and success, with CorpAcq reportedly offering financial and management support to help unlock the full potential of the business.
