Nissens Group offers invite to Automechanika visitors

Incorporating Nissens Automotive, AVA Cooling and Highway Automotive, the Nissens Group is inviting workshops and distributors visiting Automechanika Frankfurt, to drop by Hall 3.0, Stand D91 and discover how these three brands are designed to help, support and grow their aftermarket business.

Nissens Automotive, the thermal management and engine efficiency systems manufacturer, claims to be committed to the needs of the independent aftermarket, to help it secure affordable mobility now and in the future, and has more than a century of experience in the design and manufacture of premium quality replacement parts.

The company says its primary focus is to supply its customers with solutions for current technology, while looking ahead to future technologies, thereby ensuring that the independent service and repair sector always has access to the parts it needs. The recent introduction of a throttle body range is said to be a perfect example of this strategy.

The 77 part number, all new throttle body range, further expands the aftermarket product specialist’s growing product portfolio, fitting within its Engine Efficiency & Emissions programme and catering for 280 original equipment (OE) references.

In common with its other products, the throttle body range is reportedly designed, developed, manufactured and tested to the highest Nissens Genuine Quality standard. It also comes as a ‘first fit’ product, with the necessary seals and gaskets included which is said to ensure an easy and secure installation, and so provides the independent service and repair sector with a complete aftermarket solution.

In addition to the throttle body programme, Nissens offers a range of replacement parts for essential vehicle systems, which are grouped into three categories: Climate Comfort, Engine Cooling and Engine Efficiency & Emissions Systems. The company also continuously develops new products, with more than 500 new parts said to be introduced annually. This makes the combined Nissens range one of the aftermarket’s most comprehensive and competitive, according to the company.

Addressing all vehicle segments and technology types, including internal combustion engine, electric and plug-in hybrid (EV, PHEV, MHEV) powertrains, the 15 product line Nissens offering contains 10,000 part numbers, which claims to provide coverage of more than 43,000 OE parts and, in some product lines, caters for up to 94% of the EU car parc.

Alongside the throttle body introduction, Nissens has extended its product lines with new technology heat exchangers and launched a group of water-cooled charge air coolers. The company also continues to expand its turbocharger range, including electronically controlled units and truck turbos.

Nissens claims to always maintains a focus on the industry’s technological advances and continues to invest in research and development in new energy vehicles, for example, where thermal systems and intelligent electric parts are recognised as critical for vehicle mobility. As a result, the company’s programme for electric and hybrid vehicles includes almost 1,000 products and covers most popular car models.

In addition to offering a wide range of products for all vehicle segments and technology, it is said that Nissens provides valuable business support to its partners, such as integrated and tailor made supply chain solutions, vehicle and market data, high-quality technical training, as well as trade, and technical marketing.
