As British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) champions, Laser Tools Racing is the team to beat! Now, with Laser Tools’ new range of tool chests and roll cabs, technicians can equip their workshop with the same kit used by the BTCC team.
The range includes a sturdy roll cabinet, decorated in Laser Tools Racing blue, and is available in two sizes: 1123 x 791 x 844mm (part number 7251) and 914 x 730 x 844mm (part number 8208). These are robust mobile workstations, easily manoeuvred around the workshop for immediate access to tools and equipment.
The cabinet top can be used as a work bench and is suitable for vice mounting. Automatic-closing drawers are mounted on ball-bearing slides and feature a 30-40kg drawer load capacity, depending on the model. The cupboard is lockable with adjustable shelves, and the accessory hanging panel keeps those most-used tools handy. Two of the four swivel castors are braked.
The six-drawer top chest (part number 8209) is both stylish and strong, providing excellent storage, keeping tools safely stored and easily accessible. Sliding smoothly and positively on their ball bearings, the six automatic-closing drawers boast a 35kg load capacity, while 2mm thick EVA matting drawer liners are included. Additional storage is provided under the top lid, which lifts thanks to gas struts. Overall size is 1076 x 459 x 501mm.
Laser Tools recommends pairing the 8209 with the matching six-drawer roll cabinet (part number 8210) for an impressive combination! It can become versatile further, with six automatic-closing drawers – again, 35kg load capacity – lockable cupboard with adjustable shelf and an accessory hanging panel. The roll cab can also be used separately, using the cabinet top as a useful work bench. Overall size is 1076 x 459 x 897mm and two of the four swivel castors are braked.
