Team Principal, John Mickel, a three-time World Legends champion and five-time UK champion, has over 40 years’ racing experience and will share his tips for race car preparation with the lucky winner.
The winner will also be able to sit in a race car to see what it feels like from a driver’s perspective, plus they can even get their hands dirty by helping to prepare the cars in-between races, whether that’s changing wheels, helping with suspension set-up or fixing race damage in double quick time to get the cars ready for the next race. Food and refreshments are included in the prize package.
Arguably, the Legends series is one the most exciting and frenetic race series in the UK, with countless overtakes in a single 10-lap race! The cars are fitted with special bumpers to allow them to ‘bump and draft’ on the straights, just like in stock-car racing, so it truly is bumper to bumper action all day. What’s more, there’s always plenty of other racing action and entertainment to keep you occupied during the day. And the winner will receive an exclusive goody bag, including limited edition team clothing!
New for 2023 sees the Legends on the support package for three British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) events at Brands Hatch, Croft and Knockhill, which are likely to be spectacular! Plus June’s ever-popular American Speedfest for muscle car fans, and the spectacular British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC) firework finale in November.
The winner will be able to choose from one of the following events, which take place around the UK:
- 15th and 16th April – Cadwell Park
- 6th and 7th May – Brands Hatch (BTCC event)
- 17th and 18th June – Brands Hatch (American Speedfest)
- 29th and 30th July – Croft (BTCC event)
- 12th and 13th August– Knockhill (BTCC event)
- 7th and 8th October – Snetterton
- 4th and 5th November – Brands Hatch (BTRC event)
