MAHLE Aftermarket UK has introduced over 200 filters to its product range, to meet the growing demand for energy fuel-efficient filters in the market.
MAHLE’s additions include parts across its fuel, oil, air and cabin filter product portfolio and are suitable for many popular passenger car and commercial vehicle applications. This includes BMW, Kia, Toyota, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Peugeot, Nissan and DAF.
Alan Povey, Quality, Warranty and Technical Manager at MAHLE, commented: “Oil filters are designed to remove contaminants from engine oil, transmission oil, lubricating oil, or hydraulic oil. Vehicle production that directly impacts the filter market is expected to grow at a significant level.
“Along with advances in the automotive industry, the growing technology is projected to drive the automotive hydraulic filters market with longer service life, optimum efficiency and gas mileage enhancement. This growth will also be in the use of Automatic type gear boxes, not only on the premium car range but the high-volume ranges (ie. Techtronic Gear Systems).”
