Esprit Windscreen Repair Equipment shares its plans
In part two of the conversation regarding its acquisition of Rejel Automotive, Victoria Evans, director at Esprit Windscreen Repair Equipment, shares the company’s future plans.
The start of an empire?
“Never say never!” was Victoria’s response when she was quizzed on whether Esprit’s buyout of Rejel was the start of a larger expansion plan for the company.
She continued: “At this stage, we’re concentrating on the integration of Rejel, but we believe there is always space in this market for focused companies that provide great products at competitive prices and also have the personal touch.
“We are proud that you can ring up our Staffordshire based staff for advice on products. We’re also very proud to offer on-site training to any of our customers, including our distributors. We find that if our distributors feel confident in how to use our products, they’re happier to recommend them, and then carry out their own training. We run regular ‘train the trainer’ sessions, which suit our distributor customers. We have relationships going back over 20 years with some of our distributors, and we really value those relationships.
“We’re also always keen to talk to new companies who would like to distribute our product. We offer training and ongoing support and great prices for our distributors”.
What about further afield? Does Esprit have plans to expand both businesses into Europe and beyond?
Victoria admitted: “We already have some really fantastic customers and distributors in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and we’re always keen to sell into new areas of Europe especially. We have found that the distributor model works for our product extremely well, and we’re always keen to talk to any business who would like to sell Esprit into Europe.”
