UK exhaust manufacturer Klarius Products, identifies its most popular product ranges and services.
The A-Class
The Mercedes AClass is the German manufacturer’s bestselling car in the UK as of 2018. Naturally, aftermarket support has been quick to arrive, with Klarius offering a full replacement exhaust system to support the maintenance requirements of vehicle owners. Manufactured by a combination of automated production equipment and a skilled workforce, the company says that this quality system offers equivalent performance compared to the OEM item. A160 and A180 models from 2012 onwards are supported.
CATs
Catalytic converters (CATs) are an important part of any petrol or diesel exhaust system, with Klarius offering both petrol and combined diesel CAT/DPF devices to suit almost every vehicle on European roads. Newer, popular models are an area of focus. Consequently, Klarius has introduced new-to-range CATs to support the UK’s best-selling car, the Ford Fiesta. Klarius offers CATs to support models from 2009 onwards, from the 1L to the dynamically excellent pocket rocket 1.6 ST. All devices comply with applicable governing Euro emissions standards.
Mounting kits
The reliability of any replacement exhaust is affected by the quality of its associated mountings, so it’s best to replace both when it’s time for repair. Klarius offers a comprehensive selection of durable mounting kits to support both petrol and diesel emissions systems. New additions include support for the eye-catching Honda Civic hatchback from 2006 onwards.
LCVs
Along with its product support for passenger vehicles of all shapes and sizes, Klarius produces a wide range of emission control components for light commercial vehicles. One such example is the workhorse Peugeot Boxer, which received replacement diesel particulate filter (DPF) support for model years from 2011 onwards. All Klarius DPFs are manufactured with full size monoliths to ensure maximum service life, while also offering adequate conditions for efficient regeneration within the device.

Klarius operates in-house research and development, manufacturing and testing facilities at its Staffordshire HQ. All products across its 10,000+ product range are said to comply with all applicable emissions standards, with support in range for models old and new, from sportscars to SUVs.
