Delphi adds to braking parts range
Delphi has added more than 300 new braking parts in 2023, including 20 first-to-market additions for “high-performance vehicles” such as the BMW M-series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
Other new braking parts launched this year include applications for Tesla, Renault, Nissan, Jeep, Toyota, Honda and VAG.
“We’ve worked hard to expand the range,” said Carl Lester, global product line manager at Delphi. “As part of that expansion, we recently launched an innovative new range of BEV brake pads, specifically developed for the fast-growing EV market.”
Delphi’s range of BEV brake pads comprises 63 part numbers, covering 2.7 million vehicles. Applications include the Nissan Leaf and Tesla Model S/Model 3, in addition to newly released models, such as BMW i4/iX, Mercedes EQC/EQEE/QS, and Porsche Taycan/Cross Turismo.
