Belts from Gates
Gates has introduced Belt-in-Oil (BiO) part numbers for oil pump drives and cam belt drives to its aftermarket range. The design of Gates’ BiO belts reduces friction and makes significant contributions towards the overall reduction of vehicle weight, with consequent reductions in fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. The integrated BiO parts, such as the cam belt, oil pump belt, tensioner and ECO sprocket system have been selected as OE on a number of demanding engine applications in use around the world.
