A peek at Laser Tools’ butane gas-powered tool
Introducing the latest from Laser Tools: a multipurpose butane gas-powered tool that combines a soldering iron, hot air blower, and gas torch (part number 8807).
It comes supplied in a plastic case, which acts as a mini workstation, not only holding the attachments and accessories but also allowing it to be used as a safety stand that encloses the tip, enabling it to safely heat up and cool down.
It fires up quickly and easily with the convenient piezoelectric ignition. This handy device features a quick-release mechanism for easy head switching, and the soldering head includes six interchangeable screw-in tips. A heat diffuser is included, and it also features a safety lock to prevent accidental ignition together with a flame lock for continuous use.
One 25ml charge of butane light gas offers an approximate run time of 40 to 60 minutes, and the tool features a convenient viewing window to show gas level. Temperature ranges up to 1,300°C (flame), 450°C (soldering) and 600°C for the hot-air blower.
