WAI Europe hosts US senior leadership in Rotterdam

WAI Europe recently hosted Ryan Moul, CEO, Seth Moul, Executive Vice President and David Boer, SVP of Global Marketing and Product Strategy, from WAI’s headquarters in the US to its European facility in Rotterdam.

The visit marked a significant moment for the company, reportedly showcasing the growing synergy between WAI’s global operations and its commitment to expanding its presence in key markets.

During their visit, Ryan, Seth and David engaged in discussions with the European team, which apparently saw them delve into company updates and getting a better understanding of operations in Europe.

It’s said they explored how WAI Europe’s operations compare with those in the US, gaining insights into the challenges faced by European customers and how WAI’s product solutions are addressing these challenges effectively.

According to the company, the trip also provided an opportunity for the US senior leadership team to meet with key European customers, to understand their specific needs, and discuss how WAI is said to be meeting demand with tailored solutions.

WAI Europe claims to have experienced significant growth over the last 12 months across key countries including UK, Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Germany, Turkey – and most recently in South Africa after signing a new deal with Motus Aftermarket Parts.

The brand says it continues to focus on being ‘first to market’ with the latest products to ensure it’s offering customers the best in market range, quality, and availability at a competitive price.

Key initiatives and strategic developments have been instrumental in supporting this growth, which is said to have included significant investment in the business from product management to the recruitment of new people. Its facility in Rotterdam has been developed with the aim of increasing efficiency and stockholding capabilities and is said to include the implementation of a new WMS (warehouse management system) to further support the expansion.

Richard Welland, President of WAI Europe commented: “It’s an exciting time for the WAI brand. We’re focused on pushing it forward, supporting growth and expanding our team. And it’s great to see the US operations and leadership team bringing everyone together.

“As we continue to operate as one unified entity, providing superior service through a global footprint and local expertise, our collaborative approach with the US leadership team ensures we meet customer needs effectively – and highlights our shared vision, commitment to growth and future success together.”
