PartsInMotion.co.uk has revealed its sponsorship with driver Jack Butel in the British Touring Car Championships (BTCC) for 2023, as the brand makes its first step onto the racetrack.
The online parts supplier will see its logo on Butel’s racing car during the championships. The news comes as Butel recently announced he has joined Team HARD this season and will be back in the BTCC for his fourth season after making his debut with Ciceley Motorsport back in 2020.
The 26-year-old driver comments: “I’m back again for another crack at the BTCC and I’m delighted to be able to move across to Team HARD, racing in the Cupra and having the support of Parts in Motion for this season.”
Butel kicked off his fight for the title at Donington Park, in Leicestershire. Nine further race weekends follow at Brands Hatch Indy, Snetterton, Thruxton, Oulton Park, Croft and Knockhill, before he’ll return to the Donington Park circuit, then Silverstone, with the championship decider back at Brands Hatch on its Grand Prix circuit.

Butel comments: “I’m excited to start the new season with a new team and perspective for 2023. Last year was a tough year, both off and on the track, but I am going to put it behind me and push forward for good results for the 2023 season. I’m hopeful that we will be able to get some great results together.”
Jack adds: “This year I have been training really hard in the gym, sticking to a strict diet and focusing on new mindsets to help me progress this year.
“I’m in the best physical and mental health I’ve ever been in. My ambitions this year are to have zero DNF’s, strive to win the Jack Sear’s championship and be consistently in the points.”
