Finalists of IAAF’s ‘Pride of the Aftermarket’ Awards

The finalists of the IAAF’s ‘Pride of the Aftermarket’ awards have been unveiled with the winners set to be revealed at the federation’s event in December.


IAAF’s ‘Pride of the Aftermarket’ awards will once again recognise, celebrate and honour businesses in the sector, and takes place following the IAAF Annual Conference, on December 7th at DoubleTree by Hilton, Milton Keynes.

The car and CV distributor and supplier of the year awards will be voted on by a judging panel. For the Outstanding Garage Contribution award, sponsored by Automechanika Birmingham, every nominated business from the Garage Awards 2023 is said to be in the running for the accolade.

Mark Field, IAAF Chief Executive, comments: “It’s going to be a big celebration of our brilliant sector and we’re working hard to make sure it is a night to remember.”

Guests at the IAAF’s Annual Awards Dinner will also reportedly be entertained by comedian, presenter and co-presenter of TV shows The Apprentice: You’re Fired, Bake Off: An Extra Slice, and former guest on Would I Lie to You, The Last Leg and QI, Tom Allen.

This year the IAAF Conference will be focusing on the theme of ‘The Brilliance of Resilience’, providing attendees with a line up of industry voices, which it claims includes ‘rogue trader’ Nick Leeson as keynote speaker, who is known for bankrupting Barings Bank, the UK’s oldest merchant bank, in 1995.
