Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) has completed the acquisition of two motor factor businesses – including a member of the PDP buying group.
Direct Auto Parts is a single motor factor business, accruing sales of approximately £2.6 million and employs 13 members of staff. Based in Essex, Direct Auto Parts was founded in 1991 and part of the PDP family prior to the takeover.
Car Parts Warehouse, meanwhile, is also a single-branch business and located in Galway, Republic of Ireland. The independent business has seven employees on its books.
