Schaeffler says its new LuK RepSet 2CT DMF combines the benefits of a replacement double clutch and dual mass flywheel in one convenient package. Its all-in-one solution provides everything the technician needs to carry out a professional clutch and flywheel replacement.

Whenever a dual mass flywheel (DMF) or double clutch (2CT) is diagnosed as worn by the workshop and needs replacing, Schaeffler engineers always recommend renewing both at the same time. The two components can work together, via a toothed flange, so replacing only one could lead to mismatched wear and performance issues, riskingpossible future problems and additional costs through early follow-on repairs.
