TRICO has announced the main prize winner of its giveaway as Faisal Butt of Express Automotive UK who has won a technology pack.
The pack included a TV, tablet, soundbar, Echo Dot, Beats headphones and fitness watch. Commenting on his win, Faisal said: “I’m absolutely thrilled about winning the top prize, excited beyond words!”
As well as the £2,000 technology bundle, TRICO’s £20k giveaway included gift vouchers, hampers, hotel breaks, football shirts and TRICO stock packs.
TRICO’s main UK and Ireland distributors took part in the promotion, including A1 Motor Stores, Autoparts Express, Carcessories, D&S Roe, EAG, Optimal UK, Pearl Products and Tetrosyl Express.
The participating distributors then gave a scratch card to their factor and retail customers with every single TRICO wiper blade sold, with Faisal receiving his scratch card through Optimal UK.
Optimal UK’s Administrative Assistant, Hannah Bentham, said: “Participating in the TRICO £20K giveaway has been great for us here at Optimal UK where we have seen our customers really get involved and purchase wiper blades throughout November, December and January, with many claiming prizes throughout.

TRICO’s Group Brand & Marketing Manager (Europe), Sam Robinson, added: “We were blown away by the response we had from this giveaway. We launched it in the middle of November and initially ran it until Christmas Eve but it was so successful we extended it into January for a bit of New Year’s cheer.
